Strategic Plan

 

The final version of the St. Barnabas Strategic plan was presented to the School Advisory Board in September, 2017 by Meitler after an extensive eight month research and planning process.  The preferred future for St. Barnabas School is multi-faceted and includes:

 

Providing a PreK-8 student-centered, Catholic environment in which students experience a values-based Catholic education where they learn and live the virtues of the Catholic faith, think critically, have a global perspective, exercise leadership and serve others.  Students are immersed in a nurturing, Catholic culture which provides opportunities for families to share their faith and worship together both at school and at Sunday Mass.

 

The Strategic Plan breaks the school’s goals into four broad categories:

II. Academic Excellence

III. Operational Vitality

IV. Governance and Leadership
