Members of the St. Barnabas Children’s Choir use their voices to enhance liturgies during the school year. All St. Barnabas and religious education students in 3rd through 8th grades are welcome to join the Choir. The choir is directed by Kitty Ryan, the St. Barnabas Pastoral Associate / Director of Music and Liturgy. Rehearsals for the 2018 – 2019 school year are held each Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm in the Church.
The Children’s Choir leads the music at various liturgies from September through May. A detailed schedule will be distributed at the beginning of each school year. Anyone who loves to sing is encouraged to join in this fun, exciting and fulfilling ministry. It is a wonderful opportunity for the young members of our faith community to learn more about their faith and to serve both God and our parish.
