Christmas Luncheon

hosted by the Class of 2026
8th Grade students will host the annual senior luncheon on Friday, December 5. Students are welcome to invite grandparents, special senior friends, or parish neighbors. The students will act as hosts of the lunch, serving as greeters, servers, and entertainers. Students are welcome and encouraged to talk with their special guests, but will not be seated during the meal.
INVITE & RSVP
Each student will bring home two printed invitations. You are also welcome to share this e-version via text or email. Please help the committee with an accurate headcount and send your RSVP by November 28. Email Patrise at [email protected] or call/text Jill at 773-329-5809. Guests may park in the school lot and enter via the gym doors. If your guest needs assistance getting into the building, please let the committee know at the time of the RSVP so we can best support them.
Please note that it is perfectly acceptable for your child not to have a guest. As hosts for the day, they will have a busy and enjoyable afternoon even without a guest.
HELP FROM EACH FAMILY
We ask the 8th-grade families to contribute desserts. Students may drop off desserts at the Main Office on Friday morning (Dec 5) as they arrive at the building. Please use the signup link to indicate what you would like to share.
AFTER THE LUNCH
After the luncheon, a 2pm HSPT prayer service will be held in the Church. We encourage all parents to attend this meaningful afternoon of prayer and reflection. Senior luncheon guests are also welcome to the prayer service.
STUDENT DRESS CODE
Students should wear their regular uniform bottoms (skirts/navy pants) and their Class of 2026 shirt for the luncheon. Please note that graduation re-take pictures are also on December 5. Students retaking their grad portrait may change into their uniform bottoms and class shirts after the retake.
