Extended Day Program

Our Extended Day Program is an additional school service that provides before and after-school child care for students enrolled at St. Barnabas School.
BEFORE CARE is available from 6:30am - 7:45am.
AFTER CARE is available from 3pm - 6pm.  
  • Important Scheduling Note:  On all 1:30pm dismissal days, After Care ends at 5:30pm.  After Care is NOT available on 11:50am half-day dismissals.

EXTENDED DAY - DROP OFF & PICK UP
Please utilize the “side gym doors” on the south end of the building, adjacent to the parking lot.  For safety, the doors are locked at all times. Kindly use the doorbell when ringing for both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.  
 
Only individuals designated and approved on the Extended Day Enrollment forms may pick up the student.  If it is necessary for someone else not previously listed to pick up the student, please mail email Ms. Jan Butts, Director of Extended Day, in advance at [email protected]

ENROLLMENT & FEES
Enrollment is accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year.  Families are required to submit enrollment forms prior to attending.  The non-refundable enrollment fee and hourly service fees will be included in the FACTS Tuition Management account.  ENROLL HERE
  • Hourly rate for care:  $7.10 for one child, $3.40 for each additional sibling.
  • Annual enrollment fee: Before Care - $25 per child; After Care - $40 per child, or $60 flat rate for two or more children per household.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Details about the program may be found in the Extended Day Handbook.  The program is an extension of St. Barnabas School.  As such, the disciplinary procedures outlined in the St. Barnabas Parent-Student Handbook will be followed.
