Our Extended Day (Before and After Care) Program is an additional school service that provides professional care, supervision, and recreation for children enrolled at St. Barnabas School.
ENROLLMENT for 2023-24 School Year
The enrollment application and policy agreement may be found HERE. Enrollment is accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year; forms must be submitted prior to the student utilizing the Extended Day Care.
AVAILABLE TIMES
Before Care is available from 6:30am - 7:45am.
Aftercare is available from 3pm - 6pm. On 1:30 pm dismissal days, Aftercare ends at 5:30pm.
Aftercare is NOT available on half-day dismissals (10:50 am or 11:50am).

FEES
The non-refundable enrollment fee and hourly service fees will be included in the FACTS Tuition Management account. Annual registration is required of all participants.

- Hourly Rate: $7.10 for one child, $3.40 for each additional sibling.
- Annual Enrollment Fee: Before care: $25 per child; Aftercare: $40 per child, or $60 flat rate for two or more children per household in Aftercare.
DROP OFF & PICK UP PROCEDURES
Please utilize the “side gym doors” on the south end of the building, adjacent to the parking lot. For safety, the doors are locked at all times. Kindly use the doorbell when ringing for both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.

- During morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up between 4pm - 6pm, please use the southwest doors closest to Longwood Dr.
- During afternoon pick-up between 3:10 pm - 4pm, please use the southeast doors closest to Walden.
