Registration & Health Requirements

REGISTRATION - The Athletic Board utilizes Registration Buzz to accept registration and payment for seasonal sports.  Registration deadlines and guidance are communicated to all families via School News.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

SPORTS PHYSICALS - All students who participate in sports (including intramural Coffee League soccer and Junior Basketball) must have either an annual Sports Physical or Medical Form, that authorizes sport participation approval, on file.

CONCUSSION PROTOCOL - Student health and safety is of utmost importance.  St. Barnabas follows the guidelines of the CDC Heads Up Initiative.  Each school year, all student-athletes in Grades 3 - 8 participate in the free-of-charge concussion screening.  Screenings are conducted during the school day, and results are accessible to parents/guardians through the screening evaluators.  Learn more about the CDC Heads Up initiative HERE.
