Admissions Process

AT SAINT BARNABAS, we are committed to fostering an inclusive community where each person feels a sense of value and belonging. We believe that religious diversity enriches the entire educational experience. We welcome all students, both Catholic and non-Catholic, to experience the beauty and richness of Catholic education.

Applications to St. Barnabas are accepted on a rolling basis until our enrollment capacity is reached. In reviewing new student applications, siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority registration, followed by registered, active parishioners. N
on-Catholic/non-parishioners' admissions applications are then reviewed for acceptance. For prospective students entering grades 2-8, we include a review of their current academic and behavioral records as part of the admissions process.  We also invite them to spend a day shadowing at St. Barnabas School, so they can experience an inside look at a school day.

If you are currently baptized and a practicing Roman Catholic but are not registered as a member of St. Barnabas Church, we encourage you to learn more about our wonderful parish community.  Visit the St. Barnabas Catholic Church site to begin exploring or register as a parishioner.

All non-Catholic students participate in daily religious instruction and worship activities with their classmates, but are not required to become baptized Catholics.  Parents may be requested to participate in informational sessions regarding the Catholic faith and the religious curriculum.
