Class trip to Six Flags Great America. Students and chaperones will travel by school bus to Gurnee.

- Time: 7:45am regular arrival at school. We will return to school around 6:30pm (bus departs Gurnee at 5pm).
- Location: Six Flags Great America
- Attendees: Students + Parent Chaperones
- Attire: St. Barnabas spirit wear (please bring sunscreen and layers for the weather)
- Food & Beverages: The cost of Great America tickets and bus travel is covered by the 8th Grade Grad fee each family paid earlier this year. That fee does not cover the cost of food and beverages within the park.
There are a few options for eating on the Class Trip:- Purchase a pre-paid dining plan from Great America - families should order their own plan online > Order Dining Deal
- Bring a payment option - credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay - to use within the park to purchase dining items. Great America is cashless, but there are cash-to-card kiosks in the park.
- Bring a bagged lunch - items will be stored in one of the chaperones' vehicles. At a pre-set time, students will exit the park with an adult chaperone and have lunch at the grounds surrounding the park. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.
