We would like to gather a list of the activities the 8th-grade students have participated in during their time at St. Barnabas. Please answer as accurately as possible. If you received a scholarship (merit, legacy, etc) from a high school or civic organization, please share those details in the Activities Form. Please complete this form no later than Friday, April 17.
