ST. BARNABAS INCIDENT REPORTING FORM - At St. Barnabas, we strive to create a school environment where every student feels safe, welcome, and accepted. We believe in the dignity and respect of each individual created in the image of God. Bullying contradicts our values and has no place in our school or community.

If you suspect or witness an act of bullying within the school community, you may submit a St. Barnabas Incident Reporting Form. All reports will be sent directly to the school administration. Additional details on bullying and threatening behavior, including action steps if suspected bullying has occurred, may be found on page 11 of our school handbook.
