PAT MAC DAY - FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026
One of the best days of the year at St. Barnabas School - lasting memories are made, and two incredible organizations are supported - St. Baldrick’s Foundation and Pat Mac’s Pack. These charitable organizations work to conquer children’s cancer by funding cancer research and providing financial assistance to young cancer patients and their families. Parents and Guardians, if your child is participating in a shave, cut, dye, or tattoo, and you wish to watch, please plan to arrive by 8:30am. Students will be called on a rolling basis for their activities between ~ 8:30am - 11am. Please enter the school via the gym doors.
EVENT REGISTRATION
The registration window for Pat Mac (hair dye and temporary tattoos) and St. Baldrick's (head shave or haircut) has closed. Thank you to all those who registered!! A reminder, students who are cutting or shaving must submit a signed waiver. There is no required waiver for tattoos and hair dye. Print, sign, and return your waiver.
DRESS DOWN
All are welcome to dress down in green or Irish-inspired apparel or Pat Mac's Pack spirit wear. If you're dressing down, please be sure to contribute $3. All money collected will go directly to Pat Mac's Pack. Contribute online or bring cash to school.
AGENDA
11:50am Student Dismissal (11:40am for Preschool). After Care is not available.
- 7:45am - student arrival to homeroom
- 8:00am - volunteer check-in at the gym begins
- 8:30am - Pat Mac Assembly begins: the assembly includes Irish dancers, awards, and speeches. Students will be called on a rolling basis for shave, cut, dye, and tattoos throughout the assembly.
- 11:50am - student dismissal NO After Care.

Pat Mac Day is bustling with excitement, and we simply could not host this extraordinary day without parent volunteers! This is a truly special day and a great way to feel the impact and connection of our student body. All volunteers must be up to date on their Virtus compliance.
