Volunteer Tracking

To help us understand and acknowledge the time and care our school parents, friends, parishioners, and supporters give, we ask all volunteers to self-report their volunteer hours.  

HOW TO REPORT HOURS: Use this form to share the ways your family has volunteered throughout the year, whether at school special events, in the classroom, athletics coaching or gym duty, parish activities, committees, fundraising, or behind the scenes. 

• Include the household/family last name and name of volunteer.
• If both parents/guardians are volunteers, please submit separate forms for each person.
• Coaches, auxiliary group leaders, and volunteers who give time almost every week should report hours monthly/seasonally with a summary of hours rather than for each volunteer shift.
• Report occasional volunteer shifts (field trip chaperones, lunch duty, gym duty, etc.) after the event.
