Service Day Reflection

We are the hands of Christ -
As a Catholic school, service to others is central to our Root Beliefs. Our hope is that Service Day opens the hearts and minds of our school community and leads our students to a lifetime of embracing service. Allowing children to experience service teaches gratitude and responsibility, builds empathy, strengthens relationships, and opens their eyes to the greater Chicago community and our world.
Each organization we serve strives to make our world a better place. Most support a large number of clients on an incredibly lean budget. If you're looking to expand your service work, we encourage you to use this list as a stepping stone to carry service into your family's thoughts and actions.
