WELCOME TO ST. BARNABAS SCHOOL
We are honored to welcome you for the 2025-2026 school year. From day one, we will strive to ensure your child feels engaged and inspired to be their best academically, spiritually, and socially; we cannot wait for their journey to begin! Many of our school families describe the connection within our community as one of their favorite aspects of St. Barnabas, and we hope you will come to feel that same connection.
If you would like to stop by our Main Office during the summer to drop off documents, ask questions, etc., our doors are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 12pm. SUMMER TO DO
On our website under the Family Resources tab, you'll find Preparing for 2025-2026. This is an excellent resource of summer action items your family will need to complete prior to the start of the school year. Here you'll find:

- School Supply Lists (if ordering online, place orders by June 22)
- Medical Forms (due for all students on August 17)
- School Uniform Details (worn by all students, Preschool - Grade 8)
- Tuition Rates (payments begin in July)
Our website contains a fairly significant amount of content. Linked here is a Guide that has quick references to some of the many details sprinkled throughout our site. Details about registering for Extended Day (Before and After Care) and Hot Lunch will be shared in August.
SAVE THE DATE
INFORMATION SUNDAY - Sunday, August 17, 10am
Information Sunday is the kickoff of the school year. Join us for the 10am mass, then visit the school from 11:30am - 1pm for all the 2025-2026 school year details. Receive homeroom teacher assignments, turn in all medical forms, drop off school supplies, enjoy a teacher meet and greet, and more. Information Sunday is a required event, and more details will be shared later this summer, but please make sure to save the date!
NEW PARENT NIGHT - Monday, August 18, 6pm
Parents and Guardians new to the school are invited to an evening event. You'll hear from members of our School Administration and Parent Auxiliary Board leaders about life at St. Barnabas and how to best support your child. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other new families. This is an adult-only evening, and the meeting is expected to last around 90 minutes.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - Wednesday, August 20, 7:45am
We are thrilled to welcome our new and returning students back to school on August 20. We hope all families will join us that first morning for a blessing in the parking lot at 7:45am. Kindergarten - Grade 8 students will proceed inside with their teachers and be dismissed at 10:50am. Preschool students and their parents/guardians will attend an orientation and dismiss at 9am.
