STAY CONNECTED

Our Administrative Office is open throughout the summer: Tuesday - Thursday from 9am - 12pm. Feel free to contact the school's Main Office at 773-445-7711 to schedule an appointment to meet with a member of our Administrative Team. Our teachers are off throughout the summer. If you have an urgent question for one of our teachers, please contact Mr. Stack or Ms. Sadowski.

If you’re on Facebook, make sure to join the group St. Barnabas School Buckeyes . This is a private forum for parents/guardians of current school families. All members are welcomed and encouraged to ask questions, respond to inquiries, and share information. The page administrators are school staff who respond in a timely and accurate manner.

Medical Forms [required medical forms are due August 17]

MEDICAL FORMS for the upcoming school year are due Sunday, August 17, 2025.

Please be sure to book all medical appointments (sports physicals/wellness, dental, and vision) in a timely manner this summer so you are prepared for the start of the school year.

The Illinois State Board of Education requires medical documentation for all students in the state of Illinois. Students who do not have proper medical documentation on file for the 2025-2026 school year may be excluded from school. Forms may be turned in on August 17 at Information Sunday or mailed/hand-delivered to the school throughout the summer. (if delivering in person, please note the Main Office will be staffed Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 12pm).

ALL students who play sports at St. Barnabas, including Preschool students in soccer, must have an annual sports physical or medical form (that authorizes sports participation).

Students in Preschool, Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 6, and ALL students transferring into Grades 1 - 8 have additional medical documentation requirements.

Students with additional medical needs (in-school medication, allergies, asthma, and seizure disorders) have additional forms that must be submitted on an annual basis.

School Supplies [bring to school on August 17]

SCHOOL SUPPLIES

We ask students to start each school year with a specific list of supplies. Supplies for the 2025-2026 school year should be brought to school on August 17 - Information Sunday. Families may opt to buy their supplies at any retailer they choose. For your convenience, you can order online through EPI School Supplies for delivery to home. If ordering via EPI, orders should be placed by June 22.

School Uniforms [and our Summer Uniform Exchange]

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

All students (Preschool - Grade 8) wear a daily school uniform. The complete uniform guide can be found here.

Purchasing uniforms - plaid jumpers, skirts, and gym uniforms are available for purchase at Schools Are Us - 3146 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655. All other items, including uniform-style navy pants/shorts and collared shirts, may be purchased at any retailer, such as Target, Old Navy, or Land's End.

Uniform exchange - Please consider donating clean, gently used uniform items that no longer fit your household to our Summer Uniform Exchange. Items may be dropped off at the School’s Main Entrance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9am - 12pm, during the month of June. In July (and August), we will host a few dates for families to come in and "shop" the free sale. Learn more about the Exchange.

Tuition [payments for the 2025-2026 school year begin in July]

TUITION

TUITION and incidental billings are paid online through FACTS Tuition Management beginning in July.

In June, families will receive an email from FACTS with information on setting up their payment plan. Enrolling in a FACTS payment plan allows you to select a payment schedule that best suits your financial needs.
