Tuition

AS A CATHOLIC SCHOOL, St. Barnabas is funded primarily by tuition.  We recognize a tuition-based Catholic education is a sacrifice for many families, but we are confident that a commitment to a St. Barnabas education provides a tremendous benefit for your child and family.

TUITION AND INCIDENTAL BILLINGS are paid online through FACTS Tuition Management.  The first payment for the 2024-25 school is due in July, and the final balance must be paid in full by April 30, 2025. Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. Families will receive an invite from the school with information on setting up their payment plan in early July.

TUITION SUBSIDY - Families who are registered and active parishioners of St. Barnabas Church are eligible for a tuition subsidy. Active parishioners are practicing Catholics registered with St. Barnabas Church who have a demonstrated history of support for the parish (regular mass attendance along with their sharing of time, talent, and/or treasure).  We encourage new parish families to register with the parish before submitting their school registration in order to be eligible for the following school year.  Visit the St. Barnabas Catholic Church site to begin exploring or register as a parishioner.

FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS - Through the Parish Buckeye Scholarship, we have a limited number of partial scholarships available to active parishioners who demonstrate financial need and share their time and talent with our community.  St. Barnabas is not a Big Shoulders Fund school, and with the elimination of Empower Illinois, we do not offer additional scholarships at this time.
