Admissions Welcome

We are excited to welcome you to St. Barnabas School for the 2024-2025 school year!  Catholic education is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child, and we are thrilled to welcome your family to the St. Barnabas Community.

In the late spring and summer, you can expect to hear from us regularly; in the meantime, we have outlined a few key details below.  If you have any questions at all, please reach out to anyone on our Admissions team.  We love to hear from our families, and no question is ever too small.

Many of our school families describe the connection within our community as one of their favorite things about St. Barnabas.  We meet for weekly School Mass most Tuesday mornings at 8:45am in the Church; you are always welcome to join us.  Our upcoming school musical is April 25 -27, and our 100th Anniversary Parish Block Party is on Saturday, June 8.  Both will be fun, family-friendly events to enjoy!  Be sure to check out our site's News or Calendar sections for other events that might be of interest to your family.

Here we share some details about the year ahead:

Calendar - We will release a condensed version of the school year calendar in May outlining our first and last days and holiday vacations.  The full, detailed calendar of early dismissals and special events will be released in August.

Tuition - Payments begin in July and are payable online utilizing our FACTS Tuition Management System.  The tuition rate for 2024-25 will be released in May.  Our current rate is HERE; we anticipate an annual rate increase of approximately 5%. The rate will be determined by the school administration and the school board in the coming months.

Required Medical Forms - We require medical documentation for each student at St. Barnabas School.  Forms are due in August, just before the start of the school year.  Details on the required forms can be found HERE.

School Uniforms - All students at St. Barnabas are required to wear a daily school uniform.  Our dress code guidelines can be found HERE.  We recommend waiting until the summer to purchase your child’s uniform.
